Hi ME 🐠s! Would like to know a bit regarding Business Analyst roles in MBB, T2 / B4 firms in UAE. I come from a target school in India (say MBB / T2 hires from my college every year) with ~1 YOE in consulting - based in Dubai. Would the stated firms consider me for a BA role (lateral hire as an experienced BA)?

How necessary is an MBA? Plan to exit as Manager with the goal of eventually ending up as director level in F500.

In early talks for a VP position on the media side. What is a good salary range for that role? The initial band the hr team quoted seemed low to me.

Contemplating a career switch into consulting as I want to go non-technical. I don't want to pay 250k for ivy league MBA. I have a MS in computer engg from a top 5 engineering school. 7YOE at a top 3 semiconductor as ML/AI engineer.

I can get 300+ maybe up to 400-450k TC in FAANG but not liking technical stuff anymore.

Do you think aiming for MBB for a Management Consulting[tech domain] role is a stretch given I have no consulting background? What kind of compensation can I expect?

I am an Account Executive and work in the programmatic team as part of a wider agency, but I’m not sure this is where I want to be. I want something more collaborative, creative, and less to do with numbers and budgets.

Hi, I have received offer letter from IBM. Can I switch technology after joining? Or do I have to work in the same technology. The HR was telling that I have been recruited and tagged under one account and they don't have any information on that. The problem is that I don't have that much in hand skill in which tech I am selected and I may be screwed once I am put into live project in the same skill. How to avoid it. Any suggestions please.
