Please don’t give me a hard time, but how should I allocate my 401k / what type of options are the best?

I don’t like my firm and trying to switch. I’m a licensed rep but not a FA, a 401k guy. Interviewers always ask why I am looking to leave. I try to explain the structure isn’t a good fit...

New client looking to switch from Simple to Safe Harbor 401k (needs safe harbor because owner makes 5x what employees make(dentist office )Does anyone know if there is a custodian who offers this?

How much do you pay for benefits? I am thinking about moving districts but I am not sure what the hidden fees are for their benefits. Wish it was more transparent, I feel like other districts get paid way more but I was wondering if they syphon your money away with health insurance, dental etc.

@PwC partners - two unrelated questions:

1) partner pension - I heard they are changing the formula. Can you elaborate on what the change is and if you feel it hurts new partners?

2) partner buy in - what is the actual buy in $ amount? I've heard $250k but wanted to confirm.

Having been prospecting business owners for some time now, I am asked about 401k plans quite often. I am curious how you are managing the assets...do you offer a menu of investment options?

I really need help from everyone here: I am a tax senior, and I have offer from both EY and MNP. I was at Deloitte earlier and I am not sure which to pick. Same package/benefits. While EY is a great firm and the partners are amazing and all experiences of Big4 and it's resources, MNP has this charm of a Canadian firm and great culture. I don't know much but people say MNP is a great organization. The people I will work with are all amazing to speak during interview. What to do now?

Looking for a read on Work/Life balance, how well staffed they are, avg pay range (VP level), PTO/holidays/benefits, etc. So, how do you like working there?

Yesterday (Thanksgiving) my husband accused me of being a workaholic because I opted to spend 10 minutes doing some necessary work before the festivities. He said, "Its a holiday! Spend it with us!" He was wearing noise cancelling headphones, watching a football game on his phone as he said this. My 5 yr old was watching Bluey reruns on the TV and my 7 year old was killing bad guys on a computer game. I was bored! No one was talking to me! I enjoy my job. Does that make me a workaholic!?

I resigned from Capgemini and in the first talk with manager he said that he will leave me early So on basis of that I committed in other organisation that I will join by some date ( given 15 days gap), but now they are saying to serve the entire notice period. And I joined Capgemini 3 months back and had no bond. Now the other organisation confirmed my joining by my expected date, what should I can do?
