Can anyone suggest what's the interview process for Amazon in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh for a Data Engineer role.

What technologies should I be familiar with in order to crack the interview. Is data structures and algorithms a must learn to crack a data engineer role?

Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role. Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams. Job opportunity (mgr title, 4-6 yr exp needed) in Internal Audit (w/ data analytics exposure) at one of the largest private companies in Chicago. I interviewed with them (director and vp) till last round and decided to pursue a different opportunity. Great and caring people who seems to support what you wanna do at this position. About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

What should I do, I asked him to put some extra team members but he didn't agree, seems like he will add extra team members 2-3 weeks before my LWD.

How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. She kind of got offended but we ended on a good note to split things. It went well for a couple weeks but now it's back to normal. She never takes out her card and only venmos me if I send her the request. She lets Venmos sit for weeks before paying them. I still let a lot of things slide.

What do you miss about your office the most?
