Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? A startup said they wanted me to work for them but I'd have to make my own job title, description, and then essentially ask them for what I want for my compensation package. I'm not from the EU so I'm unsure of what is fair to ask for. I'd be working in operations at a fintech startup, I have about , 7 years experience in projects and ops.
