Everyone has their own style and managers are having stresses that are not readily visible to you. As long as they are not being abusive or disrespectful, you should accept that people react differently on a team. Your own reactions (too calm, or too frantic, or speaking style) might not rub someone the right way either but you would accept them to accept the real YOU right?
The words you used “stressing me out and annoying me” don’t go well on how you think through these things.
What you define as “poorly” could be normal for others and vice versa. I’m not saying you should accept derogatory treatment but accept that some folks are more on the edge and while it may be annoying, not everyone can possibly meet your idea of acceptable behavior all the time. Bifurcate between “this is annoying” vs “this is abusive or not acceptable”
Acknowledge her tone head on but politely with empathy. She may not be aware how she is coming across which I get isn't ideal for you. E.g. something like "I can hear in your voice you're stressed. Is it because of x?" See how she responds.
