Need some advice,
A startup said they wanted me to work for them but I'd have to make my own job title, description, and then essentially ask them for what I want for my compensation package. I'm not from the EU so I'm unsure of what is fair to ask for. I'd be working in operations at a fintech startup, I have about , 7 years experience in projects and ops. Any advice for what I should be looking for wrt to base, shares, benefits, ect?

Any insight on Brewer (either office, generally curious about the firm). I assume comp after year 1 is discretionary, rather than lock-step, given the size of the firm. I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa

I've recently got an offer for 60k yearly in Hamburg. They're sponsoring relocation for myself and wife as well and 3 month stay.
Currently placed at 20 lpa with 7 years of exp and wife at 12 lpa.
And before moving she would have to put down the papers and search for job there afresh.
