Has anyone reached out to the hiring manager to get feedback on their interview? This is after receiving a reject. I have had a slew of final rounds and I am constantly getting told that it was really close but they decided to go with someone else. Asking the recruiter for feedback isn't helping and I'd like to know what I am doing wrong so I can crack some interviews soon.

Need help/advice on recruiting at Amazon. Had a great first call with hiring manager last Friday on an exciting role aligned to my strengths and goals. Was recommended to formally apply and include a referral which I did over the weekend. ~24 hours later I see on the job application page it has moved from ‘active’ to now longer bring considered’. Suspect this is because I got to a final round for another role 3+ months ago and my profile has a cooling period. Welcome any thoughts.
