Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. Is it more worth it to go into FDD at a regional firm now, or hope that my current big 4 will transfer me come spring 2021?

I'm kind of in the mindset of only doing FDD at big 4, otherwise I'll go straight to industry. Am I being too down on mid-market FDD experience and the related exit ops?

Also, I can't go the route of doing FDD at a different big 4. Already got rejected by all of them cause I'm not in audit (but have CPA).

Currently a staff in audit - 6 months in. Glad to be learning a lot, and have had a generally positive experience at the firm other than a few interactions, some tough busy season nights. Really been intrigued by TAS/M&A, however, and had a few convos with a senior in TAS i know at the firm. It’s closer to what I studied, but don’t know how to make the jump as it seems an internal transfer could take 6+months/senior rank and a lot of convincing. Is it better to jump firms/has anyone done this?
