Hey friends, I've been in sales for over ten years in retail/ hospitality.

I'm focusing my efforts to make a switch into tech sales and id like to work for AWS.

I completed a tech sales bootcamp and have purchased a couple books on sales methodology, more so enhancing sales + active listening skills.

Just got my life insurance trust set up and my life insurance policy is being finalized soon. I am extremely confused about the annual Crummey Power letter that I need to send around. Can someone please help me figure this out? In my trust:

Grantor = me
Trustees = My wife and sister in law
Holders = my children and any of their issue (my children are toddler and infant).

To whom do I send (a) Crummey Notice and (b) Acknowledgment of Notice of Withdrawal Rights? I understand it……..

I am currently working as an entry level claims adjuster. I am just about done with onboarding and I am interested in growing and earning more. I’m relatively young (30) and I want to make a good career for myself. My current salary is 50K and I am curious what growth is available financially. I am interested in fire and theft and SIU, but these are not the only roles I want to try. Does anyone have any idea the salary ranges available as I go further into different roles?
