Likely a ghost post. They are either trying to collect resumes for future recruiting, trying to make investors think they are growing and hiring, or trying to make their employees think they are on the chopping block.
Any way you look at it, it ain't good.
linkedin's job search page is very broken at the minute. It is filled with fake job listings from people who have no intentions of hiring anyone, and worse, the 'easy work from anywhere' scam jobs that take a heck of a lot of effort to apply for and are not genuine. There are real opportunities on there but it is almost impossible to find. Best way i can reccommend finding a genuine job on there is to search for companies you would want to work for, then see if they have any jobs listed, this makes sure you are avoiding any companies which are either known for these kinds of listings, but alos avoiding the random agency listings that are just time wasters. This is what worked for me, I'm no expert haha but i hope it helps!
