First year Deloitte S&O senior consultant salary? NYC no MBA.

Can any 🐠 help with an appropriate salary range for Deloitte Consulting Tech Strategy for Consultant level with 5 years of experience? I want to make sure I ask competitively within the range.

I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake?
