McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company
Going through interviews for a capital excellence associate. I'm a Mechanical engineer/certified construction manager, have managed over $350M in capital design and construction spending over a 8 year career. No master's, undergrad in Mech E from a good engineering school (Stevens) but not a true "target". My research looks like base/bonus/sign on of 165/35/30 for this type of role. Sound accurate to anyone who can hypothesize on this?
TIA.
So I recently got an offer from Deloitte for an Audit associate for $69K with no sign on bonus. Is this the standard rate? I feel like this is irregular since tax consultants get paid $72k starting. I feel like they are trying to undersell me since I'm transferring from a different service line ( tax). Regardless of that I have 2 internships worth of audit experience previously and will get my CPA on time . I know that big4 doesn't negotiate but should I ask for more? And if so, how?

Business Analyst Associate salary at Chase?
Accenture KPMG My wife is currently interviewing for an associate/ assistant manager at accenture and a senior associate at kpmg. Both would be in the consulting arms, HR software implementations. Any thoughts on how the levels compare between the two or other advice picking between them? Also what is a typical signing bonus offered at that level?
She's currently preparing for final round with both early next week.
