My bank makes you fill out a form if you want to work in the office for each individual day. It’s largely empty from what I hear. What are the risks if I were to go in and “borrow” an office chair for my new apt? How about a monitor?

Thoughts on how CO’s sh*tty, “Equal” Pay / Work Act will impact remote work from CO? Some firms have started offering permanent remote work but I know a lot of companies that are offering those options are excluding CO workers thanks to that new law.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I have Approved I-797 but I recently changed my location from one state to other and lawyers are sating that I need to wait on LCA Approval. Anyone faced this scenario? I have never heard of it.

The thing is, my other lead progressed very well, it's also in the Private Equity space, an Investor Relations manager role, boring but good money. they pressed me to go through all the process by the end of the week but I won’t be able to advance much with McKinsey by then…Super stressed, what should I do?
