CTC - 23L (fixed) + 15% variable
Retention offer - 30L (fixed) + 6L one time bonus. Variable pay for FY25 will be paid over and above this.

There is no change in designation. Should I switch or stay at PwC India? Work is more or less same at both teams, with a slightly better WLB in PwC India.

If retain, how to guarantee that I will get the promised hike?
