So I am an IT supervisor for the IT department of a healthcare company. We actually work out a former house that used to be a car wash and we are moving into new offices. They are giving us second hand desks you know the usual stuff that we're always last and everything. My goal at this company is to have IT recognized as a critical department for healthcare. I want to write a proposal for us to get better desks that aren't made from the 1980s having our offices set up in a way that works for us

5 months ago I joined an advertising post house as a full-time AE. Through the support of a lead editor at the company I found my way into making cuts for the company’s most prestigious client. At this point, I’ve been the sole editor of one global campaign and a co-editor of another, in addition to cutting many social media videos. It’s only 5 months but I can’t help feel that my title doesn’t reflect the work I actually do.
