Anyone work in Deloitte’s ServiceNow Practice? How is it? How about the HR ServiceNow practice? Am thinking of applying for a manager role.
Hi all, I’ve achieved everything I’ve wanted out of my role with a niche supply chain consulting firm and am looking to grow within the industry to a T2. If anyone is able to provide a referral or guidance it would be appreciated! I have 1 YOE, am extremely outgoing, provide quality work, and have an eagerness to learn. I’ve worked in consulting services, third party labor, MRO, & IT. Please reach out and I can provide a resume or chat to see if it may be a fit! Thanks in advance.
I am moving from industry to consulting (big4) same role as M. What are some genuine suggestions you want to add especially for someone new to consulting and joining as M?
Does social impact consulting (i.e. Dalberg,The Bridgespan Group) have limited exit opportunities? Or still broad like traditional strat consulting?
Anyone at LEK London open to providing a referral for the 2nd year associate roles open at the moment?

Had first round behavioral + a question of technical skillset in the interview for Analyst Role in Financial Services EY.The Interview went well but when I emailed them asking the outcome after 4 days, they mailed me saying the manager gave good feedback but believes you are suited to another business area and will contact soon. Does anybody know about this situation or have any experience in such situation. Will the first round interview be repeated again?
Would you share experiences with hiring team if someone from your previous organization is interviewing for your new organization if they were a toxic leader? Particularly if there's a strong chance you'd be working with them in some capacity?
Leaving T2 for MBB. What specific reasons would you give for “Why are you leaving” if asked by the T2 Partner? I plan to be 100% transparent with where I am transitioning. My main answer: - More opportunity for growth strategy work - Potential for better exit opportunities due to experience and brand prestige Thoughts on those answers? What pushback do you foresee? I have much respect for this person and want to maintain the relationship
Probably a stupid question so I apologize for asking it in advance. I was having a discussion with a buddy about A&M and AlixPartners and this friend who works at AlixPartners sounded a bit arrogant about the fact that he chose AlixPartners over A&M. How does fish fam view those two companies? I feel they both are equally prestigious, have equally good exit opportunities, regularly poach each other’s employees and pay equally well. Thoughts ?
Looking to apply for the Consulting- Analyst (strategy) role at Deloitte. Job description says “Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future”. I am legally authorized to work in the US but would require sponsorship in the future. Is the company very strict about this criteria? Are they open to sponsoring visas in general? If so, would someone be willing to refer me?
Is it ever a good idea to follow up on next steps after an interview? I had an HR screen a little while ago and they told me they would be working with the hiring manager to schedule my next round interview but since then it's been radio silence...
Are firms still hiring? I spent a lot of time working on one interview and feel like I missed the boat.

McKinsey fish - does this mean I'm being considered for the role? Asked other folks who applied and hey never got this only a reject email. How likely to get an interview? Still 50/50? Or more like 60/40?
Being offered an leadership role at a boutique firm (~200) to help lead a new offering. Likely a firm no one has ever heard of—which is my hesitation. The pay is 20% more than what I make now currently at B4. Is this a no-brainer?
MBB Associate / Consultant (4 YOE, 2 post MBA) in India. Spent 2 years at my firm and would make manager / PL end of next year. Have an offer for an 'Analyst' role in Amsterdam for a large consumer goods company's strategy team. The company's great but the role is entry level, which is a little annoying. Any thoughts? Definitely want to exit ASAP and talking to a few other companies - all for Manager level roles. The hook here is Amsterdam + the brand.
My connection at McKinsey submitted a referral for me last week and I have not received the application link. How does it take to get the link? Anyone in the same situation?

Does MBB have significantly better exit ops than other firms? Is a lateral move worth it?
With all this referral mania, I'm wondering if there is any point in applying without one? Do people ever move forward without it, or is it basically a black hole?
For exit opps, should I continue building my experience in Salesforce or pivot to ServiceNow after a year of experience? Looking to enter tech eventually as a PM/PO

Considering taking a position with a small-cap in the US trying to build their legal department. The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe. How reasonable is it to ask for a bump in title - Senior counsel or Head of Legal, US? If it matters, I am a 6th year and have been told that I will be expected to hire a junior or paralegal as we build up.
At Deloitte, USDC (US Development Center) how much bonus % does senior manager get? Is it fixed for all senior managers or vary by how many years in senior manager role?

Whenever they reach out, he insists he’ll deal with it and makes me do the admin in the background.I’ve been in this role for over 2 years and still don’t have any meaningful relationships. I have a meeting with him to discuss my career goals next week. How do I tell him that this is not what I want from my career? I’m worried he’ll think I’m after his clients if I say I want more responsibility

The manager to senior manager ratio in Deloitte BTS Is 1:1.2. Is this common across all firms or are we severely understaffed at the manager level? I am guessing we have too many senior managers because of lesser partner promotions last year as well as decreased attrition rates due to Covid.
