I am in a super good position at Jellyfish as a Director with a good room in terms of growth. Great responsibilities, work life balance and I strongly love my job. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

I own a cardio fitness brand, and want to get some merch made with my logo for myself and my team. I’m also possibly looking into a small batch order to sell for a limited time. Would love any vendor recommendations for anyone who has done this.
