1. Stay at current company (real estate/tech unicorn). New title & role: Director of Corporate Development. Comp: Base $110K (same as now) + bonus 13% (same as now) + equity $80K (new).

2. Deloitte M&A Strategy, Diligence & Value Creation team. Title: Senior Consultant. Comp: Base $160K + bonus up to 25% + sign on $5K.

I am looking for RPA CoE lead/manager role. I have 2 years solid RPA experience setting up the practice from ground up, setup governance, support processes and managing the implementation of over 60 bots to production in SAP, HR, service desk, etc with ROI of 28000 man hours. Ladies, need some advice. I am in Scrum Master role for tech team that is more senior engineers and architects. Feeling very out of the loop as I am not involved in all the discussions and then asked for progress on items from leaders and that am I not aware of..
the team gets Ad hoc requests so new items come up after that stand up and SM/ M will ping folks directly. Feeling like I have become an assistant who updates tickets and books meetings..
