HB has great balance even with 1900 a year. Comp is black box after first year. Lateral process is great but the comp is a mess, no real structure and the raises are meh. Sort of a trade off given the flexibility

I've worked at several and they all have seemed to be, to a degree. Some have built in programs for it, while others it depends on your seniority and role. I'm at the biggest of firms and fully remote. I'm not share partner track, but have a good comp package. 2-3 weekdays/week I take off between 4-9ish to pickup my kids, do dinner and bedtimes. I also do 2-3 mornings with them, from wakeup to drop off, so don't fully start until 9:30/10 some days. Pretty good deal.

It ranges from like 75 to 175 an hour depending on how niche the role is. It’s usually posted in the ad.

Hello PwC AC Friends,

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

This is a confession and a recommendation. I'm a guy and I shave under my arms. I got tired of pit stains from deodorant messing up nice t-shirts, polos, undershirts, etc. A men's mag said I should use trimmers to keep it more tidy. After a few years of that, I just decided to use my Panasonic wet/dry shaver. I love it and can't believe I didn't do this sooner.

Hi everyone, I got hired on as entry level sales operations role back in January. It quickly turned into sales, and eventually all the sales for the small company once the head of sales left. I am happy to take on the additional role for my company, and they are going to let me. But they feel that without multiple people in a sales department the title head of sales might not be the best title. I have input in what my updated position title and salary would be. What should I ask for?
