I have two pending offers. Hoping for some insight on the WLB, Culture, benifits, leadership, career trajectory? NOT the money
Accenture: L9 - Consultant (WFH) $132K base + 27K signon. Interviewed for an M but got downleveled. (I live in a reasonable cost of living city, estimates put it 35% cheaper than Seattle)
Amazon: L6 - Sr Program Manager role (Seattle) 135K base, 70K signon over 2 years, $110K RSUs.
I’m already a manager with 5yoe, so feeling ACN is downleveling. Coming from Industry!
Can any Facebook people please chime in here (or those in consulting who have recently interviewed)… I’ve been told by my FB recruiter that the base for the Privacy Program Manager role which they reached out to me about is 105-110k, with 60k equity over 4 years. This feels way out of wack… I am currently at 145k TC, 5 YOE, without even being at the M level yet. Can anyone weigh in? TIA!
