What is something in your current role that you wish you could get advice for? I know not all of us have a mentor - so, what can the rest of us help you with?

As a probate and estate planning attorney, I’m considering adding a family law component to my practice. What is the best way to begin? I’ve been reading/watching all the CLE I can get my hands on but how to find my first family law client? Take on a pro bono matter? Find another solo practitioner who could use some inexpensive assistance?

Virtual receptionists….anyone utilize this and if so, feedback? If not, thoughts? Start

I’ve been practicing in traditional labor for about two years now (although about a decade of labor relations experience) but I’m trying to break into employee benefits law. Unfortunately I’m not being given much experience in benefits as I’m pretty typecast as a labor atty. Any advice on how I can go about getting employee benefit experience? My long term goal is to have benefits be my main area of practice.

Has anyone successfully negotiated their salary within the higher education field? Any tips?
