Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
2) i don't have a relieving letter from one of the org as they only provided an exp letter, in the same company.
