What's the salary range for a fidelity VP?

Need advice: Got an $135 + bonus offer for Citi Avp position. I have 6 years experience (finance/cpg/ data analytics/ ML) I was hoping to get at least a VP role with a bit more pay. The HR recruiter said l'm at the top of the range for AVP and I'm having mixed reviews about the Citi culture. I’ve been interviewing for sometime and getting a bit more discouraged/self doubting myself since I got so many rejections. Should I keep on interviewing? Is Citi culture as what they say?

Need advice! Just got a Job offer for VP marketing at an FI. Currently at a co at $151k with 15% bonus and actually want to keep my job. Offer is 175k (7% bonus) with 500/mo car reimbursement and 10k additional per year. Rest of the benefits are comparable. Big difference is the untaxed car/retirement extras.
What’s the going rate for Vp Mkt? Already spoke to my boss and he basically told me to name my price. He and I have a good relationship and I’m full remote.

A VP threatened to demote me and dock my salary for wanting to switch departments after working under her for a year and a half. She said I had to work for her for 2 years before I could transfer internally. This was her rule, not written in the employment contract.

Thoughts on going in-house for a high level creative role? I’ve only worked at agencies and generally like it, but curious to hear of anyone esp at ECD/VP creative level who did the switch. For a well known brand, does cool stuff and would offer a good comp package.

Hi. I have 20+ years of experience both in consulting and in-industry. I have a contact at McKinsey that I connected with that is willing to make an introduction/referral for me. A few questions: 1). What level should I be targeting. Unexpectedly leaving consulting for industry. Background isn’t in apparel but got an offer to join a large international apparel company as a product director and decided to make the jump. Current TC is $183k with annual bonus between 10-20%. New TC will be $200k, $50k signing, annual bonus of 15-40%, and progression path to VP. Will also be managing teams around the world, so opportunity to travel internationally, which is a perk in my book.

I often hear numbers that partners start to earn 1/2 mil a few years after making it to partner.
What’s a ball park equivalent title for a f50/f100 (non tech) company that gets you to a similar comp. I am a director at an f20 (3 positions away from VP) and 5 from c-suite and I don’t anticipate making more than 400k in another 10 years even if all goes according to plan.
Ps I know the consultant answer is it depends but just trying to get some perspective.

Looking for some advice about my current job situation. Being moved to a new position after the first of the year and this will entail management of a department. No discussion on increasing salary but the expectations are extremely high for this position. I have already been managing this department by default off and on for a year. It is severely understaffed and VP and rest of upper management do not recognize the problems this causes. I am thinking about looking for something else.

Life as an EM had been good for past 6 months but I can see next year being crazy due to attrition, team constraints and growing demand. Quite keen to get out of consulting and have sensible WLB. I have an offer to join as a strategy mgr at a relatively mature FS org reporting into VP of strategy (who reports into the CEO). Comp is okay but I am concerned that this may be a bit junior? Also not sure if EM to individual contributor is a big step down or a norm when you move to industry?

Anyone have a salary range for middle market VP on Ops team?

I work at a boutique (currently ~14 bankers and 10 back office roles).

Joined in august. Since august, 3 senior bankers (MD / VP) 1 HR director, and now 2 analysts have left for great opportunities. To be honest I’m happy and like my role, plus it’s too early to think about switching firms already.

I am now the only analyst left, we have another one joining in January. Any advice on how I can leverage this for comp discussions at the end of the year?
