Easiest way would be to talk to your security team at your current org and ask them for openings and the skills you require.
I would try taking up projects that have both swe and security aspect in them and slowly transition. Make friends with the security manager at your org
Modern tech companies tend to have security teams that happily look for and hire SWEs because of the value that engineering experience brings in the security space. They're more than happy to train you up in security after you join.
Check out Cruise's openings on their security engineering team, I've seen them posting about "no security experience needed, we just need great SWEs"
