I have 8.5 yrs of experience in SQL, Unix and little bit of Python too.
Current package is 23LPA.
Please advise on how much I can expect/demand.

I have been a good designer for many years and have been jumping from job to job but never has it been easy to get an interview. Then finally, When I do get one, my interviews goes great through 5th round and towards the end I’ll get the dreaded email “thank you but we chose another candidate.” I can say for sure in one or two of my previous jobs I’ve had some bad bosses and I know they didn’t like me very much. I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?

So I'm new to IT field and got only 1 year experience in automation testing using Tosca, I got training in java and selenium and I studied selenium myself in free time to learn more in testing, I'm thinking to make a switch next year. Has anyone stopped the pill after long-term use while working? I’ve been on it for 11 years (went on it in my mid-teens for severe menstrual problems and am now in my mid 20s) and can tell my body is extremely reliant on it. I’ve only missed a pill twice and both those times I had bad headaches, gut changes, mood changes. I’m not trying to start a family, but want docs to investigate and treat the underlying issues that caused me to go on the pill in the first place. Any advice appreciated.
