I got mail from OKTA, I've filled laptop shipping details as well.
But along with that there are many more notifications like pf, nominee etc. Some needs to be send hard copy to Bangalore.
My question is..do I need so send it before joining or after joining?

It's all depend how to frustrate Indian IT employee for release..
If they know u have offer they don't.
If u have emergency they don't..
U need to be lier cheater then u can find skip route... This what today's and IT world.
So act smart and take early release.. Go on Long leave.. Ir u have time 15-20 days then mention it able to come back before 3 months... Then resgin meanwhile project team release u.. U will be on bench then bye bye u can ask them early release.

There is no probation period. It is 90 days. If you say u have an offer in hand, you hav to serve 90 days. If u say u don't have an offer, u will b released in will b 2 to 3 days.
