Best *practical* luxury loafers / ballet flats for women? I don’t want to get the gucci loafers, and was initially planning to get chanel ballet flats but I tried a pair on last week and they felt very uncomfortable. In a low level marketing position that I learned on the job. I'd like to make this career but don't know where to start with regard to course/education. I took a Foundations in SM Marketing Certificate but that's it. Thinking google ads/seo? Not even sure what direction is feasible/lucrative/growing. I'm a 45yo mom working from home w only an outdated associates in my pocket so the long college thing isn't an option. I need to be making a living wage while I learn.

I received 2 competing offers for two very different types of agencies. The first one is a very large agency, and I was offered a management position at $80,000. The second is a midsized agency in DTC/Ecomm and they offered me an associate position at $70,000 (negotiated from $65,000). Is there a way for me to potentially negotiate a manager level position at the DTC agency? I really want to work there because of the culture, but I’m looking for a manager level position.
