Depends on lot of factors like ctc, interests, priority etc.. but in general, Infy is better keeping in mind the kind of leadership and Managers has than eli lilly.

Working in tech in lcci from past 2.3 years. Pay and policy can be better, work can be sometimes monotonous. otherwise it is good place to be, particularly prduct engineering team or R&D team . do not focus only on negavtive comments here.

I am working as a software engineer for 2 years. And work on two companies including my current organization. First one was a micro-scale startup where they don't provide any payslips or PF at all.

I got a referral for Accenture from this group. Today an HR called and told me because of not having the payslips and PF deductions from my fist company, they cannot proceed with my profile. What is happening in this field all of a sudden?

Hi all, does anyone have a good framework they would recommend for developing HCP/physician communication strategies and defining tactics for HCP engagement (outside of pharma reps)? There is of course a ton out there for patient communications such as patient journey mapping but engaging HCPs is a very different beast. Looking for something a bit more nuanced than a traditional consumer framework. Thanks!
