I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. I just had my first behavioural interview with VCA for a Digital Consulting Manager role and the Dir said he was going to progress me to the next round.
