After two tech round received email for documents. HR said that she will discuss regarding my expected offer with the team after receiving documents from my side which I sent yesterday.
Today evening I got technical interview assigned mail with meeting invitation for today afternoon itself. It is very confusing to me.

Are they trying to take my one more round of interview? I was hoping to get offer after sending documents.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I am asked during this RE analyst interview to build a real estate model from scratch. My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete. However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle?
