Where can I find openings in Deloitte Monitor and Strategy&?

I see S& openings in the PWC careers page but I think those are all part of PWC AC. Do they have an India practice? Deloitte Monitor I can't find any either but I suppose that's because there are no openings

I got selected in Deloitte, after giving 3 rounds of interview.
Holding an offer of 8lpa.
In the salary discussion round with the HR I specified 12lpa(fixed) expected. They said, it is subject to business approval, and this amount is usually not met. But I stayed adamant and asked them to mention 12 itself. Have I made a mistake? will they ghost me?

Recieved a good market adjustment months ago. Asked to apply for a position one level higher on another team. Current boss transparent he would block. After 5 weeks, new team offered zero comp increase promo (mngr wanted to give me much more but cant for 6 months). Current boss said I can request new role/salary and he will get it for me. I'm at a small firm with 2 associates and 1 managing partner. The partner fired our 1 paralegal and now puts a lot of paralegal work on me. I'm the first female attorney this firm has had in over 30 years. I'm not allowed to bill for the paralegal work and already have to meet 40 billables/wk. The other associate is a man but has the exact same credentials/experience as me, but gets more cases/high stakes cases and is never asked to do paralegal work. Am I delusional to think my boss is sexist?
