My brother joined tcs in July with 3.6ys experience and mentioned all previous 3 companies in resume. Before these 3, he worked at one company for 45 days and absconded but pf history got created. Today tcs called him and asked to send resignation as he didn't disclose about first company. Any solution for this..TIA

Hello! Will be receiving a $400 stipend from my new org for office setup. I currently have a 15” 2015 Pro, my husband has a Lenovo, I’ll be provided with a work laptop, we have a used office desk.

Hi guys, wanted to know if there is a way to change work profile from a mechanical engineer who has worked in manufacturing companies for 12 yrs to a software professional ? Or are their any software companies who hire people with manufacturing backgrounds ? If anyone wondering why - its because I've after working for so many years I still haven't crossed 7 lpa. I feel so under valued when I hear all these software professionals getting good packages just after 5yrs of experience.
