Hi All, fresh off passing CPA exams in January. I am looking to get some rest and start CFA journey in Q3. Are level 1 exams doable before end of year?

How many times did you take the level 1 before passing it?
I came really close to passing twice and I don't know if I want to do it a third time or not

Anyone sitting for level 3 in August? Have you gotten to the section on Emerging Market Debt in Asset Allocation? It’s so poorly written i can’t even believe it

I re-took the level 1 CFA exam this morning. Feeling much more confident than the last attempt in May!

4 weeks until the exam. Consistently getting high 60’s on the mock exams through Kaplan Schweser. What was everyone getting on the mock exams before they took level 1 and passed?

Anyone use Mark Meldrum? I just started studying for L1 in November and he is giving excel solutions for some questions in quant.. ik we can’t use excel, so I’m wondering how this is at all useful

I got a 64% on the first full CFAI mock for level 2. To people who took it and passed (esp in the last year), do you think this is high enough to pass? Sitting for it in 20 days

Can you use CFA book from prior years to study for current year? I have 2022 CFA level 1 and don’t want to spend on a full set of 2024.

Maybe if I wish hard enough the Hedge Funds section won’t appear on the exam
