salary range for Senior Consultant in the corporate finance group at FTI Consulting? HCOL city. FTI FTI Consulting, Inc.
ZS Associates Just got offer from ZS at AC level with total 6 yoe and 3 yoe after Masters. Need suggestion and few insights to below questions please:
1. How is WLB at ZS?
2. Applied at C level but being offered AC. Is that correct level at ZS for a SC at Big 4?
3. What is the transfer process to move internationally? After how many years in ZS we can ask for a transfer outside US?
4. Compensation wise - No change from the existing? Any suggestion should i join or not?
Just had a call with a Slalom Consulting recruiter, and she refused to disclose compensation ranges or what level I would be interviewing for. Apparently, this is decided after multiple rounds of interviews. Can someone please save me some time and give me an idea of how much a C and SC makes within Strategy & Ops in NYC? Thanks!
Thoughts on this offer? HCOL, want to get into PE Ops eventually. 18 months left in a T25 Part Time MBA.
I am currently a generalist SC at a boutique where I work ~40 hrs/week, make 135k. The firm is spinning up a PE Value Creation practice and I may be able to get in on the ground floor. I have an offer to join PwC DDV as an SA3 at 142k/32k signing. Elevation to MBA salary $175k upon completion of program. PwC
Interviewed and received an offer from EY for an SC cyber position. The recruiter emailed me confirming the specifics, (salary, locations position title) which were in line with my expectations, and stated she’d go and pull together the approvals with senior leadership and contact me with the official offer. How long does this take? It’s been a little over a week.
Need help making a decision on an offer.
Currently a newly promoted SAP senior consultant at EY. Base $92.5k in Tier 2 city. $25k one time bonus guaranteed in 3 years.
Offer from Accenture for SAP consultant. $110k base + $15k signing bonus in Tier 3 city.
EY offered to match the signing bonus but no change to base.
I have an offer from PWC as an Associate and for EY as a Senior Consultant (financial services). I have a feeling PWC is better culture wise and with WLB but not exactly sure what things are like at EY.
Can anyone give some insights on what the culture and WLB is like within these companies? Not exactly sure what decision to make. I’m leaning more towards EY because of title upgrade, comp package and the nature of the work but I’m also scared because of WLB and culture concerns.
