For those signing up for Level 3, what pathway is everyone taking?

I’m feeling stagnant in my career and looking for ways to grow. I was considering obtaining a PMP certification and wondering how impactful this is. Is this certification well recognized?

Hi, I am currently in product company with 15LPA for 8 yoe. Have started with service based but then switched to product and have switched to only 3 companies till now. Due to my family relocation to Ahmedabad, I want to look for options in TCS ahemdabad. Is anyone from TCS ahemdabad and can share about the type of projects they have. Also is it ok to switch to TCS now? Do they pay nicely?

I got 2021 CFA level 1 materials from Kaplan last year. Am I okay using that to study if I plan on taking the test in February, or do I have to plan on buying new materials again?
