How much should I be expecting or ask companies to offer as I am in last few days of NP.
YOE - 3 , Role - Data Analyst
CCTC - 6 lpa
Current offer - 10 lpa
Is 12-13 lpa good expectation ?

Do Capgemini extend joining date for 1-2 weeks if requested like provided joining date got crossed so can we get it extended by giving some reasons..
