Opinion needed salary negotiation

Currently working as an Financial Analyst (FPA) (20M exp) with 6M as Tax Analyst at EY GDS (Total YOE: 2Y2M). Last CTC: ₹3.88LPA.

Interviewed for Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Deloitte USI (Global Finance), went well, expecting an offer.

Research by talking to folks in similar roles, i understand a range of ₹6.8-7.2LPA for this role. If I quote this in salary negotiation, what's the likelihood of getting a similar figure?

I am getting an offer from Nagarro as associate staff engineer.

My current CTC is 20,
Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
Tech stack and yoe: AWS + NodeJS and 6.4 yoe

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?

What is the minimum yoe required for associate staff engineer and staff engineer roles?

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
