Is it good to accept or drop the offer, HR is not willing to increase the salary because of 3 month notice period and mentioning she can get somebody local.
Your suggestions would be highly appreciated

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

Urgently need advise. I have an oral offer from a company. After I negotiated for salary , they told that we have decided to drop your candidature. Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that.
