I have accepted an offer from genpact on 5th march after consulting with hr that she will get my DOJ changed, its been almost 2 weeks she hasn't sent me any update regarding my new DOJ, the last time i had a talk with her she said she will update on portal but i don't have any update. What should i do? I am on notice period as well after accepting the offer.

I already have the SHRM-SCP. . would it be a value add to go for the SPHR as well?
