2.10 yoe, CCTC 12LPA fixed, 2LPA VP

Offer 1 : IBM ISL - Software developer - AI/ ML full stack - 17.5fixed, 10% VP and 6L joining bonus(24 months claw back)

Offer 2 - CBA - Associate data engineer - 16LPA fixed and 20 percent VP.

CBA HR was telling me to consider CBA as its finance and learning is more there, I am not sure what to choose.

Please help considering learning first and then pay

I am an IT architect with 10 years of experience specifically in Salesforce products. I am thinking of moving from a strategy consulting role to an architecture role in Salesforce (company) itself. I have experience building tech strategies and also technical project delivery.

Wondering if it makes sense to apply for an Enterprise Architect (pre-sales) or a Senior Technical Architect role??

Also in terms of seniority and salary are these roles any different?

I have 2 offers one from ZS 8lpa + bonus + food wifi +elrp+ gradutiy and pf = 11.5 lpa

Other from LTI 10.7fixed+ annual bonus+ graduity + pf = 12 lpa

ZS is convenient travelling wize LTI is little far.
Which one should I choose

Does TCS offer stock as part of bonus ?
Can employees (associates) purchase TCS stock?

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
