I'm already a Sr Manager with 3 years experience, the recruitment team mentioned that Sr Manager in Wipro is equivalent to AVP role. I wanted to check this statement with Fishbowl community working with Wipro.

16 - Fixed & 45k variable component with 1Lakh joining bonus. I'm having 5.8 YOE working as Senior ACon with current CTC - 11lpa
I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.

Currently I am working as a automation tester and have 4.3 yrs of exp in globant. But due to return to office, I resigned from globant. I have few offers from telus(permanent WFH), Zs associates (WFO), Hughes Systique(WFO).
