For those that use textbooks, what books or series do you use for Grades 6-8 and 9-12? I’m in New York where our curriculum has to align with NYS Checkpoints A,B,C.

How do you handle a class who refuses to do homework? It is a lower level class (I.e. not honors) but they are capable, but so apathetic. On a good day 40-50% of kids will do it .. I’m at a loss.

What do you do when you need a sub? What kinds of plans work best for subs in the Spanish classroom? I have needed subs lately and have found it hard to plan lessons that aren’t just busy work.
