What marketing companies do you use/recommend using for advertising?

Question: is your firm 100% digital, or are you still shuffling paper copies? My firm is 100% digital, but I am seeing others having a hard time letting go of the paper trail.

I need to vent!! I have had it today with clients not wanting to pay their fees. How do I tell a client in a nice way I am not working further on your case until you pay the additional balance?
