2 questions
1 - where should I invest my Deloitte 401k in ? Is the vanguard institutional 500 index trust a good place to just put my 401k and forget about it.
2 - I recently opened a fidelity account and have savings I want to invest and want to invest a small percentage every paycheck without worrying about trading it . What's the safest place to invest in and not worry about it for the next 10 years ? VOO? QQQ?

Gusto isn’t a Peo, we really get raped on benefits and health insurance if we aren’t apart of a PEO
I haven’t hit the PEO wall yet (doesn’t hit me bc I’m on spouse health plan) but was another reason Rippling came in a close second. Curious to hear which ones you’re investigating
Gusto seems like a good option so far. Was also intrigued by Rippling if full remote is a goal of yours. The big cost variable for Rippling v Gusto was the HR on call option (and why I went with Gusto).
It certainly feels like trying to build an airplane while flying at times - but I think as long as you get your case management system right at the start, it all will work out.
