Anyone has IBS here? Lately I have been having a lot of symptoms of IBS and even if I’m not fully constipated, I think I am to a certain extent. Good morning friends, I’m currently working in a clinical healthcare role but want to transition into change mgmt (healthcare). How could I bolt onto a change mgmt engagement as an assistant or facilitator? I’m near the end of an unpaid volunteer role in an OD engagement and it has worked great because it requires low hours of work while still providing me with experience. I recently found out that I was being paid less than everyone in the team (more than 25% gap to more expe teammates, around 15% less than new hires)
We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
Things to consider:
On a work visa
Non-white
Non-male
What would you recommend doing?
Keeping it to myself?
Speaking up? How? With who?
