Does anyone know the average salary for someone going into entry level project management in tech? Or just in general? I’m trying to see if the switch to project management from a sale role is worth the pay difference

I’ve worked for my company for almost 10 years now and make less that $55k a year. I know I should be making more - and asking for more - but I don’t know what to title my position as to be able to search for a salary range or other openings effectively. How do you define/title your role to find what your position is worth?

It's remote, the salary is good, the manager is nice, but you'd be the most senior marketing person; the company is about 200 people. What would you do?

Anyone on the Adobe Digital strategy team willing to chat or share their experience? Just got recruited for Sr Digital Strategy role. Curious about WLB and culture specifically (my assumption is they pay well).

Negotiating an offer from a large bank, they told me their compensation package was 90k base and 20-30k bonus for an associate position. I told them I had higher qualifications and experience than the role’s description and it would be an easier decision to make if the base offered was within 110k-150k. They said they would take my points into consideration before making their offer. That was 9 business days ago, should I reach out and ask when can I expect their formal offer?

So I need help again with this Covid pay! My firm basically took all my PTO and used it for my Covid pay, they said they are exempt from the law because they offer remote work. I called the family leave department and they said that if I was too sick to work then they are required to cover up to 14 days without touching my PTO. Hi all! I am a 3rd year corporate associate in a large firm. I just had my review and was surprised how good it was. Phrases used were “one of our strongest associates at your level”. Frankly I thought my performance this year was fine but not standout. I’ve heard that firms skew the reviews higher for 3rd to 5th years to retain them because they’re at peak profitability.
