Anyone go to Stetson Law and end up in big law?
It was recommended that I post here...
I’m working with a financial education startup that is looking for an animator or team of animators that can produce 10-20 2Danimated explainer-videos (possibly a lot more in the future). 60-90seconds in length each.
They want to prioritize comprehension (function>fashion), with just a bit more style than what you can see of their past videos on their front page: https://learnfinlit.com/
DM me and I can send more info...
Guys, I got an offer letter from Tata Consultancy
Few observations I have where I need your suggestion.
1. Fixed Basic is only 18% of CTC. I think the only benefit from this is lower Retirals deductions.
2. There is one "Personal allowance" that is almost 70% of the BoB. Any benefit from this on tax?

CapTech is primarily a staff aug and contractor provider. No comparison. In my experience (in a previous job), diversity was questionable.
ACN or D does staff aug too, but that’s not the only thing they do. There are also higher value consulting, systems integration, PMO type of roles within tech. Also consider MC and Strategy type of engagements, which you won’t find at CapTech.
Lastly, ACN or D usually don’t get into one-off contractor (body shopping) business. This happens only for large clients on very specific request, not as a business as usual.
I’d stay away. I left a year ago and from what I’m hearing from ones who stayed it’s been crumbling
What are some of the issues you're seeing?
Asking since Accenture and Deloitte have strong diversity in gender and ethnicity. Wondering if CapTech at least has some support in that regard.
I feel capTech is a step down in work, prestige, and benefits from AFS and Deloitte GPS. Deloitte is the the leader in HC right now which certainly includes culture and diversity.

Human capital
