Anyone stuck in an unhappy marriage? How do you deal with loneliness of this profession and complicated family life

This is an emotional dump rn. It may be lack of social interaction but I'm really frustrated lately. I feel like I lost last 2.5 years of my life with ongoing lockdowns and job instability in the first half of the pandemic. I was 28 turing 31. I get good dates but -ve self talk
Inflation is high & coming from a low income family where you're supposed to help your parents is driving me nuts. Although I make a good salary, after rent, car insurance, there isn't much left (unfav currency exchange)

Need advice and help.

I have realized I grew up in a household where my dad did not treat my mom as an equal. He belittles her, is rude and convinced his way is the only way.

It is painful to say, but some of this shows up in me and in my relationship. I am starting to catch myself, and it to me seems to be more of a reaction than anythjng that is ever intentional.

Anyone leave an otherwise good long term marriage because you're depressed and that Fs with your relationship?
Every time I go through an episode, I feel like I don't get emotional support from my spouse and he feels like he can't reach me until I come out of it. Then as I emerge we are cold with each other, just going through the motions. When I'm healthy we are good. It's hard to imagine putting him through my episodes the rest of our lives, and he's weary after 19 years of this.

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? Or should i just try to find a job with a salary that covers a nanny salary and accept that i will never see my son on weekdays (which would be sad for both of us)? TIA!

I've been avoiding breaking up with someone (I've been dating off and on for a year) for the past few weeks because I can't decide the best way to do it. We're not compatible long-term. I had someone from school flame and unfriend me on Facebook because I said jobs are the best way to help someone go from low income to self-sufficient. And this was after I had her child in school and was told I was a great teacher.

My friend just got out of a relationship and hooked up with his ex's best friend a week later. They're now dating and seeing each other everyday.
I couldn't help but feel like this wasn't an appropriate thing to do for both parties. He also revealed that he cheated on his past exes.

My family mistreated me when I was younger, and now that I don’t live at home, they don’t call or bother to look for me, because frankly, I think they have a hard time admitting what happened - and will never apologize to me either.
