So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

Does a master’s degree count as work experience?
My wife has an MBA from India, and is currently enrolled in MS in Business Analytics at a top university in USA. She has almost a year experience in project management, which is the field she is looking for jobs in as well.
My question is, most of the Project Management roles require 2-4 year work ex. Do you think her master’s degree will be counted as Work ex?

Currently we are only applying for entry level role, and wondering if we should be ex?

Been with a marketing agency for almost 2 years now. Was overlooked for my annual review and then in August the company was acquired, so I've been part of the other company for 90+days now. Always give 100% and take on new challenging duties, my new supervisor has already commented that she and other directors take notice. Hi! I have recently taken a step back from my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and am trying to find my next move. My family keeps recommending medical sales, my bank account recommends finishing the degree that cost me an arm and a leg, and my heart is conflicted in so many areas of interest - PT, Psych, sales, etc. I am currently working as a patient care technician but do not see this as my end goal. Any recommendations on sales vs PT vs psychology vs really anything? Thank you!!

Was given a copy of my first evaluation from administration (this is my fourth year working for the school district). Admin didn't know that I went to central office the spring semester of my second year to get a copy of that eval.
When looking at both evals, I found that Admin changed some things after I got my copy which lowered my overall score. Went to my union rep about it, and now I have a conference with my principal. Did I do the right thing, or should I have just let it be?

(1/2)Has anyone ever had their contract end early with no warning? I was hired as an “agile social designer” for a big box retailer as a freelancer. The gig posting said it was a couple months (until the end of june) but when I interviewed they said they were actually gonna extend me until next February. Anyways now they’re saying the whole agile team may be eliminated and I didn’t get any new work assigned this week… I’m kind of freaking out bc I thought I’d at least have until next month.
