Anyone have any insight on the decision making process internally. Like I met with 5 people…is there a grading system the team uses or do you have to have sign off from all interviewers or 4/5? Etc…

Genuinely curious: how often do you feel truly happy/enthusiastic in your daily life? What exactly makes you happy? I need your views and suggestions. I have two doubts:
1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
2. If I have to make a switch do I really have to target big brands only or can try for medium and small size companies too.
