My current job role is Digital marketing Specialist with 3.6LPA. Im trying to shift my field of work into AWS cloud for which I have been preparing to crack AWS cloud Practitioner, followed by AWS Solutions Architect Exam.
My question is, say if I become AWS certified and start applying for the job in that particular field, then what salary can I quote or pitch for keeping in mind that im AWS certified applicant?

Last Wednesday 8/3, I had my final interview with oracle. They are hiring 2 people for role and the hiring manager stated she had more interviews next week and was looking to make a decision by the end of the next week but didn’t specify I’d hear back at the end of next week. It’s now Friday 8/12, is it okay to reach out to the recruiter today for follow up or should I wait until Monday?

Took a job with a signing bonus in early 2021 (1 Year clawback). Decided to quit (hate my job/team and struggling with mental health) but agreed to stay on through the anniversary of my clawback since they are desperate. Unsurprisingly, my team has been even worse with me ever since.
