I work for Liberty Mutual currently. It’s totally different that what I read about online when I accepted my offer over a year ago. I read all great things and my training was great. Then…. It started going down hill. We seem to be loosing a lot of people lately and with the push on metrics combined with unrealistic expectations of an adjuster I have found myself looking elsewhere. Go with your gut on your decision. There are pros and cons to each company you just have to determine what you’re non negotiables are

smart

Just curious, what is your role/position as I have found the opposite in my time with the company (GRS-WC)

like

I did it!! I’ve been officially extended an offer with LM. I couldn’t be more happy.

like

What is this position for?

Farmers is a licensed claims cs associate. Liberty is a licensed customer service 2 position.

I’ve heard from people who came from Liberty mutual that Farmers is way better! Both have pros and cons but Farmers is a really good company who takes care of its people. Tons of mobility upward.

I appreciate your research!

I interviewed for a job (Underwriting GRC Western) they told me I was qualified for and noted they were having difficulty finding somebody with my experience & my final interview I was told how they wanted to make sure I knew the hiring process takes a while then I get the generic rejection email the next business day… it was very disappointing & unfair.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.
